It's more common in non-erotic VNs, for example FSN has VA on all characters (at least in the psp version). In erotic VNs it's usually just the women that have voice acting, since their are the main intertest of the game.

Don't download the setup, get the zip version and unpack it in any folder of your choice, then go in the x86 folder and start Textractor.exe. Click "attach to game" and choose the process of your game (usually has the same name of the game exe).

I use textractor and it's fine but in addition I use TA with only the Mecab window so that I have a quick dictionary reference if I want to check the translation myself. Remember to enable "copy to clipboard" in textractor so it works with TA. Otherwise you could find a cracked version of Atlas...
