I believe the save file is datasu.ksd, but you could just upload the entire savefile subfolder in the game's folder.

Anybody have a 100% save file for this? I've tried the ones online for the Japanese version since those have worked for other games that have been localized before, but it doesn't seem to work for this one.

Yep, I installed the game first, then tried installing the patches.

How does one go about installing them? Tried running the setup.exe in each patch folder, but it wouldn't start properly for some reason.

Still waiting for some help getting sound to work for Windows 10, as it just will not function at all. Reinstalled the game multiple times and it's the only Guilty game that is causing me this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'd quite like to play this VN.

None of those links is for the immoral edition of the game. It's all the same file, and it's for the original edition. It also includes, for some odd reason, both anime episodes of the adaptation of this game and the 2 episodes of this game's sequel.
