From what I've heard about the Madoka Mobage, it's not that much better over there, and Aniplex is very likely to blame for things. Though, I was playing the Taimanin mobage before FGO (technically still am) and *that* is worse than FGO by a wide margin, so FGO felt relatively generous to me.
