In case Windows 10 x64 doesn't work, I have confirmed the operation of this game on Japanese Windows 7 SP1 x86 (VirtualBox 6.1).

Note: I was not able to successfully grab the relevant text via Textractor

Additional Notes: All I did was mount the disk and run crowd.exe (no installation required).

Side Note: If anyone's looking for the alternative version (https://vndb.org/v9810), a version compatible with Windows 7 and 8 can be found on disk A of the 2013 Crowd Gold Box (https://vndb.org/r27461).
