Rather than trying to get an upload of this game on its own, you'll probably be better off grabbing it from the Crowd Gold Box 2013, which is still online.

DDL links die at a moment's notice so you'll have to search the site for other posts if you want to go that route. Doing an advanced search, pasting the Japanese title into the search field and sorting by newest thread date is typically the easiest way to find DDLs on this site. The torrent works on my end and I know it's being seeded, because I'm seeding it, so I don't know what to tell you on that. Try grabbing it from Nyaa?
