One of the hongfire wikis left behind in the migration from scratchpad was Haro's. It's still there, probably because the mechanics flew under their obscenity radar, but I'd like to open an English wiki for the sequel to Way and Haro, and I think they should share a namespace at least, for easier access between them.

How do I go about opening a new wiki? How do I go about moving an existing wiki to anime-sharing?
