Question How to view certain title logo of the site

Forgive my English if it cause some confusion in title. But it seems if you visit the site with certain action it will automatically(I mean if it is not only by accident) display different logo in the bar below login section. I was wondering if anyone knows what this certain action is exactly.
And I'm curious who's in that picture too.

If you mean this banner, you can change it by using the drop-down menu near the bottom left of the page.

yes exactly thank you very much. That question puzzled me about 2 years. Just didn't see it.
