[Help Me] Can't play with VN that has animated scenes

I got this problem with this kind of Visual Novel

I have no problem playing VN that doesn't have animated scene ,

but somehow my computer doesn't work when playing VN with animated scenes,

For example , this :

And yes, I already tried it on one of my friends computer, and it works.

But somehow, it doesnt works on my computer.

So, anyone know the solution of this kind problem?

Updated : Yes, I already tried http://www.cccp-project.net/
but it still doesnt work at all.

First read up on http://visual-novels-general.wikia.com/wiki/Troubleshooting_and_Common_Problems

My hypothesis:
You may have video codec issues. Uninstall any codec packs you may have. I noted that CCCP-2014 does not play well with some VN's, but uninstalling CCCP gets rid of the problems for me. I think it may be certain FFdshow video filters that are causing the issue, but the settings are so technical I don't even know what does what.

Then also
1) Update DirectX!
2) Update your video card’s drivers, or update Intel Graphics drivers from Intel site
3) Download and install a different codec pack.
4) Also update any runtimes you may have -- Java engine, Adobe Shockwave/ Flash Player, Microsoft .NET and all the other runtimes

I have a question :
Do I need to unistall K-Lite before installing CCCP ?
Coz I kind just install the CCCP right away!

It's generally a better idea to stick with only one codec pack -- either go Klite or CCCP, not both. You want to make the problem simpler, not more complicated.

Problem SOLVED

What I've done to solved it are :

1. Uninstall K-Lite_Codec

2. Install CCCP

Apparently you cant have 2 of those at the same time.
