Sorry for making this post guys,but i need help
I don't want addicted on Onani,but i love 'ecchi' stuff.

Sadly, all the solution I read involve in asking for help from "a partner"...
Any attempt to suppress your urge will cause more depression, stress and frustration that is even more dangerous than onani itself.

Don't over do it and you shall be fine. Twice a day is ok.

Yeah,just talking is easy.Searching for wife is hard like searching uncensored hentai from 2014s.But thanks for the advice.

Or if you're determined enough, stop reading 'ecchi' stuffs and anything that arouse your sexual urge/stimulation.

And read a 'good' book, watch a good movies, and stop altogether everything ecchi.

I mean this with respect, but, if this is a serious concern, stop doing stuff that enables your onani ... like coming to this website.
Like an alcoholic in a bar or a gambling addict in a casino, if you want to stop such behaviour you can't willingly put yourself in a situation where you'll be tempted.

Well apparently Onani is not a problem But getting addicted to it its a problem. As other members said stop Reading/Watching ecchi stuffs that will arouse you. I know its hard but simple solution would be doing Meditation/Exercise or try concentrating on your hobbies more that will help overcoming this problem..

You should do the things you like or else you will be miserable. People who do the things they love/like are happy because of that. People who continuously deny themself enjoyment, and keep doing the thing they don't like, end up being miserable, sad and they hurt themself often resulting in a tragedy of some sort happening. You really should do the thing that you like doing in life.
