    The CSS code is not encoded, please check the site CSS for the part you need. I don't know your site nor how you structure it, I cannot tell.

    I cannot give you the CSS code as it is being generated by the forum skin system, there's no complete CSS code to forked out, just pieces and part of here and there. The skin generates the entire, complete CSS.

    We use no hidden trick than what being shown here.

    The code part is mostly CSS. The modifications (banner and background) aren't part of the skin itself; the skin is merely the vBulletin 4 default skin. As I said, it's Checkmate who took care of most of the codes.

    I don't know if there's any app for that; what I know is that it's mostly CSS. I did the design graphically - for the coding stuff it's mostly Checkmate. If you asked me how I did some stuff with Photoshop I might be able to give some guidance, but not with coding, sorry.
