Hmm would probably better to run to an admin than me but if its the linked being dead then you could ask the uploaders to reupload it and otherwise idk

Fileserve is one of the sites that disallowed the sharing of files after the Megaupload incident so i cant help you sry... You could ask the person that uploaded if he/she could upload it to a different site
