Well you systematically break the girls down by using hypnosis. On normal conversation you can extort them to give you money or H or item. There are stages to breaking them further and further, and with a labyrinth puzzle to symbolize you hypnotizing them. Its quite fun really.

There's Hypnos Fuck Level 3. Its amazingly addictive gameplay, you guys should check it out.
