    I was like that too, really.
    But watching a lot of youtube videos of tutorials, tips and the like helped me.
    And of course screwing around with photoshop yourself will make you understand most of it.
    Like what certain buttons do to an image. I learned a lot from fellow members here too. There are other members who make signatures and asking them stuff helps too ^^

    I make my signatures on my own. I render the images myself and make the backgrounds too. I rarely pick something of internet (only when I'm too lazy to do it myself but that's something that not happens often xD)
    Yes, I do use Photoshop. Photoshop CS5 Extended Edition to be exact. I know there are newer version but I'm most comfortable with this one so I prefer this one.

    As for the rounded corners, there's alittle trick to it and here's the youtube link I learned it from:

    I used to have a sakuya sig too :3
    I change sigs every 2 weeks or so xD
    It's not that I'm really good at it though, just for fun and I see it as a way of spending my time.

    Hmm..I'll try to work something out.
    But just in case..you can send me an extra image or 2 if this one doesn't work out..
    I can leave the snowflakes on Sakuya but I might have to edit those away (If I can that is o.o) if it doesn't go with the background. It would be kinda strange to have snowflakes on the character part and nothing on the background right?

    Uhm..there is no 'set' resolution. But usually if it's something like 1200x1200 (just a example!) it should be fine. If it's too small the render will turn out kinda blocky =/
    As for the character, just make sure that there's no texts/objects/something in the way. I don't know how to edit those away ;-;
    Oh and make sure the character isn't 'cut-off' from both sides.
    I need a tleast one full side to work with :3 (Hope that made sense though >_>)
