Help I don't manage to play the game!

Hmm, I'm not sure. I played it fine on it's own, but when I tried getting the text to translate with agth, I did get similar error pop ups while the game became unreponsive.

Have you've messed with the save folder at all (moving/hiding/renaming)? This system is kinda particular about it and I believe the times I've encountered that problem related back to the save folder.
Also, since it's a character display bug, double-check all your unicode/language settings.
anyone know how to have sex with them ? or how to get past the bad end where we can choose to begin from beginning again ?

- You have to increase blackmail points by setting the cameras in their room.
- When blackmail points reached certain amount, you will get the endings base on the points you got.

- To have sex with them, you need 20+ blackmail points.
- To get the endings, you need 200+ blackmail points. (Someone said that we need 300+, I'm not sure)
- You will automatically engage them in the many places of the house when you've already taken their virgins. (Be sure to check their time table before you act)

how do we avoid the early bad end ? the one that they all disappear ??? do we have to suppress the three of them ?

You will get the bad end if:
- You blackmail them but the points you got aren't enough. (below 20+)
- Noone reached 200+ blackmail points before final day coming.
so it's automatically bad end ? how much day we got ? i alway get the bad end where they are all disappear from home.

My blackmail points until the final day are:
Sayaka: 100+ (she is easiest target but I don't like her)
Yuki: 200+
Shoko: 300+
I know that the first thing to concentrate on is getting more blackmail gear - In addition to buying more via the Amazon take off, you can keep finding items by searching rooms. And since most of the gear stays with you when you restart, spending a few playthroughs constantly searching all the rooms can net you plenty of camera's and camcorders to use.
Beyond that, it's all about timing, knowing when to plant the recording devices to get the initial blackmail material, and once you start sex, plant the recording devices as close to usage time as possible so you can record as much as possible.
