Ok, no, that was a joke. But the translation of Visual Novels is quite a hard task, and there are quite some saints who go on the adventure of translating it for us mortals, but my knowledge in translated VNs is quite little, still I know this is not one of their objectives. So in short, NO. But you can always try ITH and Atlas to get a rough translation, something is better than nothing.
