Hi, the game requests a serial to run. I've tried running with "つ (NoCD Patch) AlphaROM 2.1 ~ 3.1 汎 用 rev4" but he says it's not compatible. =(

The game doesn't need any serial, you only need to install the game and open it so, are you sure that you are installing this game and no other?

Moreover, I installed this game and never asked me for serial or it had any problems, it works perfectly.

I uninstalled the entire game and downloaded again. Now it worked. Thanks a lot for the help.
