Why are most of the resources in the Animation OVA section not raw, but have modified metadata instead?

I really appreciate those who are willing to purchase, share, and upload resources.
But my question is, why are nearly all the files in the Animation OVA section not raws? Their metadata has clearly been edited, and this is never stated in the descriptions.
