Which countries does DLsite got banned on?

I'm in the States rn, but somehow can't access Dlsite. Did the boneheaded Yanks at the White House banned it? If the answer is yes, what other countries does Dlsite got banned on?

I'm aware that Germany had done it. That's the only one I know so far.

I thought the bans were only on payments methods...
I don't live in the US but US VPN locations seem to work just fine.
