Depends, is this your own translation work? Or your group?

The standard procedure for posting your translation patch here: https://www.anime-sharing.com/forums/translation-releases.117/

You must provide the minimum required information, or you can post it in the Mini Release Forum if you prefer not to disclose the required details.

After that, it is entirely up to you whether to create your own thread in the Otome Corner to announce the availability of your patch.

I would prefer otome translations, like all translations, go into the translation section.
