Where do i get raw animes for dubs and AMV

I need help !!!!
I want to make a german Fandub and i need raw anime!!! (anime without subtitles)
I want to make very many dubs so the download from full hd takes too long for me, i want to dub Chrome Shelle
No Torrents !!!, 720p is okay downloads that are taking 15 Minutes or sth. like that but not 1-2 hours

If you know any sites pls help me :)

You can try Soulreaperzone.com for it.
It has 720p and 480p.

The extension of every video is .mkv but you can turn off the subtitles if you want to.
If you're using Sony Vegas or any other stuff , you have to convert it to .mp4 first because those app won't be able to read .mkv .
