Where Can I Buy Hirari Anthology Book?

Recently I am trying to find the latest "Pure" Yuri Anthology Hirari 2014 Summer issue vol.14; but the yodobashi bookstore I went to 2 weeks ago only had the earlier spring anthology. Are there other places that sell the Hirari Anthology books up to date?

Because vol.14 is July 30 release, the purchase will be possible now in each place.
But Hirari may be sold out early to suspend publication in this vol.14.
Because I'm not resident in Kyoto, I can't pinpoint the place that you can purchase surely, but will be all right if animate.
