A lot of BL readers started their BLVN journey with Nitro+CHiRAL titles. I'm one of them, and over the years I managed to complete them all. I started with DRAMAtical Murder and got hooked. Lamento, Togainu no Chi, and sweet pool followed.

For a long time, sweet pool held the top spot for me. It had that irresistible heavy, gloomy atmosphere that completely pulled me in. But then, after all those years, Slow Damage came. From start to finish, I felt like there wasn't a single sentence that was redundant or out of place. There were no pacing issues, and everything clicked together perfectly for me 🤩.

What would be your pick? Feel free to vote even if haven't finished them all!

Definitely Slow Damage for me!

One of the biggest reasons is Towa. I absolutely loved him as a protagonist, and I found both his personality and his story incredibly compelling. Because of that, every route felt interesting to me, no matter which character it focused on. I love him so much

Slow Damage without a doubt for me. Lamento was my favorite until this one came out. Towa is my fav protagonist of all the VNs I've played, not only the BL ones. The music, the story, the characters, everything felt just right. I could said the same about Sweet Pool but that VN left me trumatized and incredibly sad, so I don't like to think about it so much

sweet pool. This isn't just my favorite n+c release, this is one of my all time favorite vn's in general. It's bittersweet, touching, depressing, and is the kind of vn that keeps you thinking after finishing it. Yes it's short but it gets to the point and each and every one of the cast is essential and completes it. It's gorey and not exactly the kind of game I would recommend easily to anyone who's not a seasoned vn reader and okay with the content, but it's an experience that needs to be had. Everyone should read peak pool.

Defined Lamento. It was one of my first BL games and it just left such an impression on me. I occasionally replay it, just to enjoy it once more
