What is サクッと? (slang?)
I have heard it several times spoken casually in anime , but I don't understand what it really means or its purpose

most recently I heard it 23:22 timecode in Gi(a)rlish Number episode 1

Roughly, it means "easy (easily)", "light (lightly)", or "without effort".

"サクッ" is an onomatopoeia expressing light crushing sounds.
(for example: stepping on the snow, cutting fresh lettuce, eating cookies, etc.)

Buying resources out of their own pockets, spending energy and effort, with almost no return so that everyone can enjoy the cultural and entertainment products of developed countries at almost zero cost walking in the dark to serve the light, they are real heroes
