What if an otome developer wanted to talk to the public through the forums?

Weird question time (Probably mostly towards the Admin/Mods);

I am aware that "advertising" isn't allowed, but... I'm not sure if this counts? So that's why I am asking. What if an otome game developer wanted to openly discuss his/her otome title with... Well, with the players here through the forum (though they surely have their own website somewhere as well)? Would this be allowed? Where? An to which extent?

No issue with that, advertising is not fully prohibited, but due to the subject being rather case to case based - administration must be sure that title which is being advertised fits a-s standards, which means it need to be discussed with upper administration before advertising anything.

Discussion is fine by all means.
