WAFFLE Product ID/WAFFLE Store question

I've have purchased 3 Waffle games from DMM. It has come to my attention that WAFFLE has a point redemption system, but for that they ask for Product ID. I am however unable to locate my ID's, they're not on DMM purchase emails and I can't find them in-game/in-files. Yet I would like to redeem the points to get the Bonus Content for those games from Waffle Store.

Anyone has had any experience with this? I'm afraid I had to buy physical versions instead of digital ones to receive a product ID, though that does sound dumb to implement.

Is it the number from blanked space? Because if so, NETRIDE page says it's not a correct ID. I've been getting by with machine and google translations. So I'm really unable to solve this myself it seems.

Edit:
DMM site has given me nothing and I can't find anything on my gameplayer either.
Here's the proof I've purchased the 3 games, if anyone who purchased from Waffle Store instead can share the Bonus Points DLC's for the titles I've purchased, I'd be grateful if you PM'ed me.

Otherwise, still waiting for help on finding ID's to redeem Wafle Store points.
