Out of nowhere an update comes out for this game two years later, after I'm already well underway translating it... -_- So unfortunately it's too much work to go back and add that in now, sorry. It added an option to change the relationship status to blood-related. I can't guarantee this patch will even be compatible with the new version.

This is not a thoroughly-tested patch, so typos, weird word-wrapping, untranslated text, bugs, and even crashing may occur.
