You've seen the title, and yes, I do think it's worthy of consideration. Especially to those who relies heavily on precise timing to estimate the local time in different time zones, or hopping between several time zones for business purposes.
Please just follow the international standard, and set 12:00 AM into 00:00 AM. It's far less confusing, especially for those who already got used to the 24-hour international format.
Not to mention the user of this site came from many nationalities and time zones.
(My mind keep confusing 12 AM for 12 PM, because my international clock brain associates 0 for morning till noon, and 12 for noon till night).
