Answered Uploading Etiquette?

Hello,

I was thinking about becoming an uploader someday, but I want to familiarise myself with any "rules" of uploading before I decide to do so. I would like to ask a few questions:

1) Are you only allowed to upload games you have bought/received as a gift?

2) If "no" to the previous question, are you allowed to download somebody else's upload and re-upload it?

3) Is link camouflaging necessary?

4) What tools do uploaders use, if there are any worth knowing about?

5) Do they use proxies?

2. Yes, but it's considered bad form.

4. Can't speak about others, but the AS staff team use dedicated servers.
