Trying to find a game I played not long ago

I' m looking for a game in which you play a guy with dark blue-ish hair name eric(I think) get transported to a magical girl training camp, if it's found out that you're a guy you get killed because the director hates men, you find the girl who you followed to get there and because it's her fault you're at risk of death she helps you disguise as a magical girl, she doesn't have any friends and she has a really bad reputation, you have to kill several boss monsters to prove yourself worthy of recieving a holiday trip back to your home world (and are hoping to stay there and never go back to the camp) if you fail boss fights and talk to the daughter of the director, who's in on your secret, you turn more and more into a girl.

you have a crew of : the girl from the start that helps you disguise, she has light blonde hair
a girl that only has dolls for friends and can alter memories, also tries to turn you into a doll at one point, she has very dark purplish hair
an alien girl that, at the moment you face eachother, tries to wield a staff possessed by some demon that tried to destroy the world or something, she's a mega tsundere at the start, has a normal human appearance, dark hair, purplish, uses skull accessories.

It's an english game that I believe I found on a random adult games dump on this site but can't find anymore, not for a lack of trying.
