Question Tragic contact information, no activation, new user has no option.

Welcome Everyone. I'm writing because I'm only now accessing support. After two weeks of waiting, I finally received a confirmation email, thanks to which I can write. Please update the support and contact information on your website because it's terrible. Only a "404 error" is displayed or doesn't exist. Contacting the Administration/Moderation is "unavailable", and I couldn't create a support post because "I didn't have permission". I wanted to write that I didn't receive the account confirmation email, clicking "resend," but nothing worked. I waited 24 hours, nothing arrived, 48 hours nothing, and only now did I receive it, although it was late and not a valid confirmation. I only now managed to access your website. Without this, I had no way to contact the website because you don't respond to website reports. Please update this contact information and the support page because the report is tragic. I understand the blocking of bots, etc., for spam, but a regular user has no option to report activation. Thank You for the activation, I can finally get in and write/click anything.

P.S. I looked through the support and read that there are problems with activation and you need to write a "post manually" on support, but I did not have permission and did not even have the option to PV to Moderation/Administration. And sending 3 reports to contact did not help.

Please keep in mind that Anime-Sharing Community operates on a very small budget compared to the volume of traffic we manage daily. Due to this, we have limited volunteer support, which impacts our ability to handle all requests promptly.

Our system prioritizes more established and reputable members, which unfortunately means that newer or unregistered members may experience delays in response or approval. This approach is largely due to the overwhelming number of support requests from AI bots, many of which are irrelevant.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we continue to work within these limitations.

Regarding the form, I submitted it three times and didn't get a response, and most likely, if it weren't for the email, I would have waited longer. As for the information not being updated, the lack of contact with the admin is a bit sad. I see most websites do it this way. And you think you won't recognize a regular user with AI, spam bots, etc.? You certainly won't. I understand you don't have many helpers, etc. But the information should be up to date. From what I've seen, I didn't have a PM without activation, but now I do. And the support forum isn't available without activation. So, please fix that. You're probably losing a lot of people because of this. Thanks for reading, and I hope you'll update the contact information in the support tab or delete it, because there are no working links. As for the activation, I finally have any options on the website. And as for bots, you can't bypass them anyway. I've seen more than one of them, and they're constantly trying to find workarounds that work. Thanks for Your time.
