English UI, more characters, performance improvements, AND a new gun sounds like a major update. If you haven't tried it, there's no sex beyond mastrubation and nudity, but this is one of the best unity-based shooters out there. Prefect for just jumping in and blasting away. Older version has a memory leak, I'm hoping that's been fixed by now.
