Which version is best please, Steam or Japanese version of ai＊shoujo/ai＊少女?

If the Japanese Version is better where can I get the PC game from please?

ScrewThisNoise did a repack of the Japanese version with some useful mods for English speakers. On their home page, click on the left to select the game and the download options are on the far right.

They also have a post about their repack on this same forum.
