Miraiki's been busy IRL so I'll upload the new Free to View Spreadsheet instead!

Changelog (see new post for more info):

• Ls->Ns (included) entries checked in AAO + misc additions
• Os->Qs (included) entries checked in AAO + misc additions and changes (7th Oct. 2024)
• Qs ->Rs (+ many Ss and Ts) + misc additions and changes (4th Nov. 2024)
• Finished reviewing AAO!!!! Also added most of the games released on Switch in AAO (not TL) and some on other platforms + miscellaneous changes and additions (9th Nov.2024)
• Added all reuploads from AAO and some other, made some changes to the spreadsheet, checked a few links in R18 section + misc addition and changes (17th nov. 2024)
• Added new reuploads (games+books+tokutens), added new tokutens, added a video sheet, checked till the Cs included in R18 (1st dec. 2024)

INFO: I checked a LOT of links so it's more up-to-date, but I haven't added all new games/links yet, I'm still halfway through checking all the existing entries (which is why I kind of spam the forum with 'this links doesn't work but can be found in blahblah/this link doesnt work reup please' to make it easier for me to know what I have checked or not and to help people who come here later on finding a dead link and not knowing where to find the game). I'm sorry for the spam, but I'm almost done.

I'm at the I's in AAO, checked half the links in R18, 1/4 in TL, everything in Artbook and added a bunch of new entries as well.

Really sorry for the inconvenience ><. Also I'm not at all into BL so I won't be checking them out or adding links sorry, there's enough to do with what I'm interested in so I won't be burdening myself with BL sorry ><. Another Spreadsheet Editor might do the job instead though don't worry! Just won't be me lol.

WARNING: At least for now, we won't be using the same system as before. The spreadsheet won't be updated automatically but manually, which means that THERE WILL BE A NEW LINK AT EACH UPDATE. So you won't be able to keep one link in your bookmarks but will have to change the link periodically, sorry for the inconvenience.

DISCLAIMER :

Some people seem to have misunderstood but I am not the CREATOR of the SpreadSheet, it was creates way before I even got into AS by, I believe, Miraiki and MilkyBarKid (sorry if I forgot someone). What I did was get it updated. When I first came in AS the last huge update it had was in 2021, so what I'm only doing is checking all the entries to see if the links are still up or not, find MIRROR links from outside AS when I can, and add the new games that got added since 2021 (some of them had already been added thanks to the editors' work but many were still missing since we're getting many new games these years).

Anyway, although I am NOT the creator of the sheet, at the moment I'm its only active editor so if there are changes made it's by me, unless specified otherwise. I might add new editors to help in the future but with what happened with the previous sheet that got it's EDITOR sheet deleted out of nowhere, we're being extra careful.

OKAY so someone sent me a screenshot, seems lik I didn't understand what you told me baybridge sorry. That was a mistake on my part, I forgot to make it 'open for anyone with a link' and I let it 'Only available to people with access permission'. I'M SO SORRY THAT WASNT ON PURPOSE AAAAA.

No that's an error no one should get request access to it as something other than a viewer unless all three spreadsheet editors agree. As you might remember, what happened with the previous Spreadsheet made us much more careful with who gets to edit it, sorry for the inconvenience. I'll see to block requests.

EDIT : as google can't do shit right it seems like I can't prevent people from requesting access which is a PAIN so pleaseeeee stop requesting this pollutes my notifications


And yes it's in the middle of an update, I'll upload the new one shortly I finished the Os and Ls in AAO as well as some other additions/changes.

By the way, everything that has been checked should be up to date, so if you find something that is incorrectly stated as Missing or a "working" link that doesn't work anymore, please tell me so that I'll update it. I won't be checking links everyday lol Once I'm done reviewing everything I'll start adding everything that I missed (mainly new entries) and then I won't be checking old entries for a while.

I don't really understand the sheet problem ( I don't use it much), but i think you're doing great in this otome section.
You've tidied up the otome section in this forum. It looks much better and neater than before.

Finished reviewing all entries in AAO! yeyyyy I'm still adding the games that got released on switch (since it's easy to check), the real hassle will be with PC games haha.
Next thing I'll review will be R18 section.
Also, if you want to add a mirror link, or if you found a link that should be up but is dead, or a game that isn't indexed, feel free to send me a DM, they are open^^

Basically, to be clear, everything that should be still working should be in green and/or written in blue, everything that's dead should be in red (or written in blue but with a red background). Games which have their titles in red aren't available anymore at all so they need a reupload urgently. If the title is black, it should mean that there is at least one link still working so their reupload isn't a priority. Games with their name in purple are up, this color only means that they aren't available on a platform (check MISSING tab to see which one).
In the notes, anything that is black is still available, everything in red is dead, so they likely need a reup.


IMPORTANT : If you need to request access for the spreadsheet and can't see it, it is not normal. Please send me a DM asap instead of requesting access, because I can't guess if you don't tell me there's a problem^^;

Hi hi everyone~

FINALLY, the 1.6 version is done! We have come along way as most dead links got reuploaded, including tokutens!

MVPs are yyunami who contributed idk how many times for reuploads (many as MIRRORS, you'll see hehe), MayuAsagiri (now Amagiri) who reuploaded many things and uploaded new ones. For new uploads I'd say the MVP are by far ces and LamiaFish (also Ryzen111 ofc but it's not only for the Otome and Artbook section lol) who contributed to many new uploads! However I'm sorry I didn't add most new uploads yet. Only things from AAO (meaning JP non-R18 Otome Games).
I also haven't done much checking in R18 section yet, I had to add all reuploads and there were a lot...

Anyway, many thanks to them and everyone else I couldn't quote here who has contributed to the community!!

Now about slight changes on the spreadsheet, I changed the ARTBOOKS section and replaced it by 'BOOKS' because there are novels, manga, etc and not only artbooks there. I also added a new column to index what type of 'book' they are to make it easier.
As for AAO, I added a new column at the beginning for tokutens, see Data Entry Notes tab for more info. I only added it in AAO for now, tell me what you think about it please.

As always, don't hesitate to hit me up in my DMs for :

Small addition (I only added one tab so the link didn't change).

I've seen wayyyyy too many people not using NPS even though we all talk about it, and some people also don't seem to know how it works.

I remember it took me a long time to get it as well so I understand. I added a "What's NPS?" tab on the SS.
I added the link, how to use it, and how to download from it.
I'll also add soon how to put games downloaded from NPS to Vita3K.

With this, I (personally, you do you lol) expect you all to please stop asking for reuploads when :
- the game is on NPS
- you have access to a PC (because we can't download from NPS on mobile, like, at all)


If you don't have access to a PC please specify that you don't have access to a PC when you ask for a reupload. If you don't I'll assume you didn't bother to read so I won't bother to reply as well (maybe someone else will, but that won't be me anyway). If you have any question feel free to ask of course! If it's a question about NPS, your best bet would be asking to their official Discord Server though But I'll try to answer if I know how to help!


If you have any suggestion, don't hesitate to tell me. ^^

I hope that doesn't sound too harsh But if you play visual novels I assume you can read a few explanation lines


PS : If that wasn't clear enough, I'm talking about my own opinion on the matter. Of course if you want to ask for reupload for things that are on NPS even if you have access to a PC, feel free to do so. I'm not sure either since I got banned (and it was lifted in advance since it wasn't deemed worth a whole month's ban since it was about me spamming for the SS lol) while the drama happened, I only heard a few things here and there afterwards, but I think things got resolved? Or they just made sure to not talk about idk

Hi hi~ New version of the Sheet it here!

I added reuploads of games, tokutens and i think books, a few new games, a few new links, a few new tokutens, and I checked till the Cs in R18.

For the new tokutens, i'm sorry i dotn have an exact list but i added mainly the new things uploaded on AS, some tokutens for heart no kuni no alice SERIES that i fond on a blog and that had some tokutens (like preorder bonus etc), and baybridge asked me to add a lot of things! She asked to be credited in the notes, so if you want to see her uploads just ctrl+F (windows)/cm+F (mac) and search "baybridge" ^^

I also added a completely new sheet, for videos : anime, movies, live action, events anyting is fine! I hope we will be able to add a lot more links in the future! I'll try to add bit by bit animes i find but events and such might be harder to get so if someone has DVDs they can rip, please upload them (or ask for help if you don't know how to do it or find posting overwhelming!)

I'll take any suggestions for the spreadsheet btw. And talking about suggestions, could you guys help me find a way to index properly the tokutens? We're getting more and more tokutens and the Notes section is PACKED lol I think we need to find a new way to do it.
Maybe add a new column? or make a new tab for tokutens only? What do you all think?

I'm aware soem people don't understand English very well though, so I'll try looking into how to make things easier to get for everyone (maybe trying to make the info notes readable in several languages? Idk if that's feasible though...)

Oh yeeeeah it would be great if the new version included the updated bl section in the Google Sheet @blackflag You could also include, if you can... and it's great that this section has a moderator. It looks more organized now hehehe. Could you create a group to buy BL in A-S as well, if possible ? I'm not interested in helping in the otome games group because they only buy otome games.
