[Tools] Soft translation script for RPG Maker MV/MZ

What is soft translation: Soft translation intercepts text before it is displayed by the game and replaces it with translated text. This allows translations to be applied without directly modifying the game's original files.

Advantages of soft translation: No game file modification, no bugs, no save corruption. Small size and portable, so no game files need to be included with translation. Works across updates.
Other tools using soft translation: BepInEx, MTool.

Translation script features:
Text translation - intercepts and replaces text
Image translation - intercepts default location of image and points to _translation\images
Text scaling - Too often translated text is larger than the original, causing it to go outside bounds of text box. This is usually solved by scaling down or wrapping text. However, menu and status text size is often smaller than regular text, so scaling down makes it unreadable. This script offers an option between restricted and global mode. In restricted mode, text scaling is applied only to text box, name box, and choices menu. Does not change game's native font.
Text wrapping - Standard text wrapping(no word breaks), applied after translation and scaling so it accurately wraps text.
Common terms - If you are tired of translating exact same damn text in every game, this is for you. You can place commonTerms.json containing translations for these common words in _translation folder.
Features other than translation are off by default and can be configured through config.ini.

Extractor script:
Parses game files for text to translate and saves it in a file in its own directory.
Has option to prune text that is already present in commonTerms.json so you don't waste time translating it.
Doesn't do a "deep scan" so it may miss some text.

Read README.md for more details.

Installation:
Extract into your MV/MZ game folder.
Open _translation and run install.bat. If you are not on windows there are other installers present.
If you already have a translation, just paste it into this folder and edit config.ini to point at it. Place translated images into _translation\images\.
If you don't have a translation you can use extractor script to collect text from game and translate the file with other tools, like Translator++ or SLR translator.

Extra notes:
Installer and extractor run on python, so you will need it installed.
IIRC, If you already have a completed translation project in Translator++ or SLR translator, these tools can export your translation into the exact format this script uses for translation.
