know vpn's are already blocked via know blacklists; i will try tor by limiting the access to the output nodes located in jp, hoping that the blacklist is not updated with the most recent ones, since the old ones are blacklisted too.

That's what makes all this harder. All most known VPN provider's Japan node are already blocked. It's hard nowadays to search for VPN with still unblocked Japan server/nodes. I've done a silly mistakes of buying 1 year subs of famous VPN with numerous JPN server, only to find out ALL of its nodes are BLOCKED by DLsite. Fck this sht.
