Can you guys give me some of your favorite short bl manga or manhwa.

I loved loved loved netkama punch a lot! It's a fun manhwa, although their relationship can get quite questionable. But if you don't mind that then I'd absolutely recommend!
They meet through a video game if you're into stuff like this!

I really like Kwak Ha-jun's Observation Diary and it's alternative version, Die Love! The first one is definitely more rom com while the second one is a bit more angst. For a manga that is a little bit more serious with some social commentary, I would also recc Boy Meets Maria (RIP Peyo)!!
