Self-Inserting and Heroine Voices in Otome Games

I never picture myself as the character. I also usually stick with the heroine's default name, though that's something I only started doing later on. Still, I prefer it when there's no voice acting, as that allows me to connect better with the story on an emotional level.

The game based on the My Next Life as a Villainess franchise was an exception. I love the anime, so the fact that Catarina was voiced actually didn't bother me at all.

I really like when the game has heroine's voice. It just maked me so happy to be able to feel emotions of MC properly.
I do not use different name unless, it is not amare game. I prefer to read the story with MC's name develops had in mind
