I'm sorry, somebody can tell me how to open the link? To me, it says that there's an error and the page can't be loaded ç_ç

It opened normally for me. I just had to wait a bit and the download released.
 
So the problem is my PC, I guess ...? When I click on the link it just opens to a page that says that it's impossible to reach the site (complete with sad face) ... It's so frustratring ;_;

That host is blocked in some countries.
 
Oh :( Well, that sucks. Thanks for the explanation anyway. Guess I'll just have to resign myself
 
You could use a vpn actually. If you don't have one, you can download the Opera browser and use their built-in vpn.
 
I did what you suggested and used the Opera browser. Seems to be working!! Thank you infinitely for the help!
