I do have a question-- I tried opening the rar file as an archive with 7zip (which has worked perfectly fine for me up till now) and it gave me an error message. I tried downloading it twice, and got the same thing. Sorry for the trouble, but could you please try reuploading it? Thank you!

Weird, it worked just fine for me. Did you disable your antivirus when unpacking? When worse comes to worst, I'd still recommend trying winrar
