REQUEST: NoDVD crack for "魔界天使ジブリール4" and other games in the series

The link on this site to the game is incorrect, and other sites say the RAR includes the NoDVD file, but they don't. Does anyone have one? There's some weird online authorization that isn't easy to fool.
