I request the additional scenario disk of シロガネオトメ that was originally a pre-order bonus (予約特典) for the game. I believe it was once available on this site but unfortunately all the download links for it are dead.
This append disc adds extra scenarios, including scenes for heroines that don't have any in the base game (本編では攻略不可キャラの追加シナリオ).
