[Request] Majokko Megu-chan (魔女っ子メグちゃん)

Hello.

This is my first post so I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'm looking for an anime called Majokko Megu-chan(魔女っ子メグちゃん).
The anime is pretty (from the 70s) so there don't seem to be any files floating around.
Apparently there has been a BD re-release in 2013 so I was wondering if anyone has the file for that.
