I can´t find working download of this game. The original exe seems to be always missing, while the crack is in the game folder, therefore it would be really nice, if somebody could upload a working version of this game. ;)

There are plenty of links to this game, just in case they're missing the files you mentioned, I uploaded a working copy of the main exe and crack.
