Second, what OS are you using?

win10 has AppLocale builtin. Please guide me step by step on how to run these games.

Sorry, I'm no uploader so I won't be fill any of your requests. AppLocale only works with some games. A full locale is sometimes needed to play some games. I recommend just permanently leaving it on Japanese Locale.
