[REQUEST] Girl's Dead Monster Official Band Score

Well, I've been looking for this particular band score for some time now. It supposedly came with the album with the same name, (Angel Beats! Official Band Score Keep The Beats!). I tried searching online but the only results i get are the songs itself or dead links. Would anybody with the pdf of the bandscore kindly upload it for me? Many thanks.
