It seems that the creator's dojin games are only sold as physical CD-ROMs. Right now, no one is selling them on online second-hand marketplaces. Maybe you could check SURUGAYA frequently (https://www.suruga-ya.jp/search?category=&search_word=&brand=奇跡屋本舗) to see if they've restocked.

Another option is to contact the creator directly (https://www.pixiv.net/users/577156/illustrations).
Since her hp website is down and I couldn't find her X account, you might try reaching out to her via Pixiv. See if she'd be willing to release a digital version through BOOTH.

P.S. It seems the creator hasn't been active online since 2011, but you can still take a chance.
