It's allowing me to download the first and last zip file, but the second one when I try just closes the site and says "Can't provide secure connection". Any ideas? (File is chr.z02)

I'm not sure, maybe you're downloading too frequently and it's restricted? You can try changing the network before downloading, or try again after a while.
