This game (Ookami Shoujo to Issho) hasn't been released yet. From what I could manage to make out from the blog posts of the creator (via google translate) they say "around the end of June" is when they are trying to release. That's assuming that everything goes smoothly, especially since they are considering making an English translation of it. If you want more info I would suggest just periodically checking in on the blog http://seismicxcharge.com/blog/ and trying to get an idea from google translate about their current developments for the game.
