The DLC's name is 錬金術師の過去 (Alchemist's Past). All versions of the game I found online is the one that came in the bundle with the previous game, the DLC isn't part of that it seems. Like the previous game, it was sent via mail for limited versions (I found the DLC for that game on this site). But according to the seiya-saiga guide, the DLC comes with the DMM DL version, already installed.
