I can't seem to find this anywhere.
There exists and OVA of this which is available on the site, however I am looking for the Windows Game.
According to the vndb entry, there exists a "regular edition" and a "first press edition", the difference being that the first press edition does not contain voice acting or animations, so I would prefer the regular edition if possible.

And I think the regular edition with voice is a mistake.
The released date is the same so it can't be possible if the regular edition has voice while the first press edition has no voice
